Annie was exactly 15 lbs (6.8 kgs) at 4 months but she did end up oversize for a Pem. Joey was 15 lbs at 5 months when he came to us and as an adult is correct for the standard. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I will step in and advise puppy growth ranges.
