This is a measure of Taylor - my two year old Pem - love of people, particularly young people. Recently him and I were strolling down the road towards a large park and reserve. On the way we spied three young women with one of them carrying a baby. " Oh look Taylor," I said as we were approaching them on the footpath, " there's a baby."
Taylor stopped in front of the woman with the babe and stood up on his back legs, propped his front legs on the woman and "kissed" the baby's leg very gently. To their credit, none of the women batted an eyelid as though it was an everyday occurance. I told Taylor that he was a good boy

and we resumed our journey. Taylor is an extremely aware dog. Twice he has indicated to me that he wanted to make acquantances with two different wheelchair bound handicapped people on the other side of the road, to which I obliged both times.
