Linda and Cindy - No it won't be quite two weeks. Taffy's owner is holidaying in another part of New Zealand and there has been no contact. If I was the owner I would have phoned at least once. I don't really know what relationship the owner, Jack has with Taffy but I suspect it is not a close one or a cuddly one. And Taffy needs cuddling. He obviously enjoys it and gives me a few little kisses when I hold him close - which is the opposite to Taylor who pesters me with kisses. So Taffy has not had the kind of love that brings out the best in him. But he'll be excellent eventually if Jack can change his own attitudes. That's the big question. And quite frankly, it will give me grief if nothing changes.
