Don't know if any other Go Corgi member has been following the latest America's Cup contest but New Zealand is playing a major part in it.

The America's Cup is the oldest continuous international sports event and is the supreme yachting competition.

Switzerland are the Cup holders thanks to several top NZ yachtsmen and currently both the USA and Team New Zealand have put up strong performances in the Challengers series for the right to compete against the Swiss on a one-on-one basis.

Ironically, the USA entry has more New Zealanders involved than does Team NZ. There are 80-odd Kiwis involved in the USA entry compared with 70-odd involved with Team NZ.
