I wouldn't go to a breeder who was deliberately breeding fluffies. It's best to find the ones that were born by accident in regular litters. That's how I got Shippo. A breeder in Canada bred her champion to another champion, and both just happened to have the fluffy gene. Two fluffs were born in a litter of 8.
