That is great news. Is it more difficult for a USA Corgi to win in Canada or were the judges non-Canadian anyway?
It takes a lot longer in New Zealand for a dog to become a show champ - eight Challenges are required - which means eight Best Dog of Breed or Best Bitch of Breed at eight different championship shows. One can do two shows on a weekend on occasions and perhaps even three with a specialist show thrown in. But we don't have shows every weekend either.
