Don't worry about your vet not being real familiar with Pems. Corgis (both breeds) have more in common with dogs in general than differences as corgis. Meaning they are dogs too!

I agree with Debbie, sounds like they're working on it. So give them a bit longer. If my puppies ears aren't standing, I do tape them. Sometime between 10 and 12 weeks so you've got a little more time before you need to worry.
