Change your management of him - set up a daily timetable. Are you making life interesting for him with regular surprises. Usually twice a week Taylor gets to go on a rarely visited or new walking/trotting/cantering/running trip. I try and get him to socialise every day with dogs/people/kids. We have lost of theatre activities - I play the role of a monster coming to kill him - and Taylor will look for the nearest 'weapon' to hinder my advances. We do agility whuch he loves and finds sooo exciting - and tracking for his food.
Get him out of the closet and fouling inside the house.
