I don't weigh things. The only way I knew he was getting three quarters of a cup of dry kibble was I actually put the big handful that he gets into a cup only yesterday! He has recently put on some weight that is not needed for his agility - and it came about because for a time I had been putting a big handful of Hills plus a small handful into his food bowl - probably equates to a full standard cup. Taylor weighs in a 27-28 pounds and he should be down to 25-26.
The advice I try to follow is that the supplements do not weigh more than 15-20 percent of his kibble as any more will upset the "complete and balanced" diet of his kibble. The ideal is 10 percent - but I'm a cheat.
