Is frisbee safe for our corgis to play ?

I want my corgi to have more activites, he is doing agility now.

There is one trainer in my area who teaches frisbee says no worries about injury, he says there is a proper & safer way to enjoy frisbee , no high flying jumps involve.

Anyone got any advise ? or heard vet says no frisbee for corgi !
