Alice is big on drinking water. If Taylor drank as much water as she does in cool weather, I'd be worried. An unusual thirst is one of the danger signs of a possible serious problem. Taylor is not into consuming lots of water and even after a good workout in the summer he is a light lapper-upper. But in Alice's case I believe it is a lot to do with her dry food diet. Some foods simply give dogs a thirst or at least make them more thirsty than otherwise would be the case. It is much like certain foods that we humans eat - such as salty food or hot spicy food etc. Alice is on Pedigree mealy bites - not in any way my choice of food - and to me this food is creating her thirst. Not a good look for a daily diet her owners give her not once a day but twice.
