I don't know if Cullen or Taylor for that matter, transcends into the USA from New Zealand. Perhaps they are English speaking international names. But Woody is pure Americanism. And I wouldn't use the name on my Corgi unless maybe he was American born or if I had an American breed such as a American Cocker Spaniel. To me Woody is better suited for a woods (forest) breed of dog such as a retrieving or hunting dog. Having said all this, if you called your Corgi Woody, I would have the utmost respect for the name and the dog.
