Is she drinking? Is she playing? Are her urine and bowel movements normal? Are her gums pink and if you press on them do they refill quickly? Does she have a temp? (Normal is around 100 give or take a degree or so. 102 and up is a fever.)

Where did you get her?

And yes, is it a half cup a day or a half cup for the week?

If she's not drinking, not playing, urine and bowel movements are not normal, or she has a fever, etc. you should call your vet and have him check her out right away. Might not be a bad idea anyway.

If she's fine other than not eating then I'd not panic. Some dogs take awhile to adjust to a new home and you just need to wait them out. Although I will say it is quite unusual for a puppy to take this long.

If you think there is anything else abnormal along with the not eating get her to the vet for a check up right away.
