This has got to be serious. A half a cup of puppy food over one week is as close to starvation as a Corgi can get. A vet should be consulted post haste.
In the meantime try feeding Molly wuth some fresh cooked and small diced meat (beef or lamb) and add a little non-onion gravy to it. Don't give her any cow's milk but try her with some goat's milk - warmed to room temperature. She might respond to some carbo such as cooked rice, cooked potato or cooked pasta.
