The jealousy problem is unlikely to evolve ie most Corgis do not display this negativity to any adverse degree so long as she is given the love she has welcomed. Just treat her as well as you do now and make her feel part of the excitement of the new addition to her crew.
A new baby will grow into the family's talking dog. So the Corgi will not be at all disturbing in the baby's awake times. But you and hubby and Kensy will have to tune down your excitement moments if the baby turns out to be a light sleeper - some babies will sleep through wars - or at least 'do the business' well away from the baby's ears. I wouldn't want to stop my Taylor from telling everyone that someone is at, or approaching, our front door.
