Your little Corgi is telling you to hurry up because he is hungry and he is very excited in awaiting his/her meal which is one of the highlights of the day - if not THE highlight. If you must insist he/she stops talking and yelling so much try distracting - offer something to chew, get someone else in the family to play games with your Corgi, put your Corgi in a quiet place (like a bathroom or a bedroom) until the meal is served. Must be some meal you prepare. Me, I'd say it was all part of what makes a Corgi so special.
