This has no doubt been discussed before but, I couldn't find any specifics as to what may be too high a content of protein for the average dog. I've noticed Solid Gold's Barking at the Moon High Protein is pretty high at 41% protein and Timberwolf's Wild and Natural is 36%. Would this be considered way to high for a 30 pound Corgi (active or not)? I wasn't planning on switching, just curious.
