I wish we had something like that in our area. There isn't a dog park near me. The nearest is about 35 miles away, not easy for a let's good for some excercise quick trip. And, from what I hear, they aren't monitored to well against agressive dogs or bad owners. Lots of trouble with dogs fighting and owners not stopping their aggressive dogs.
I wish I had the money, there is a place right behind me that would be perfect for a little play park for dogs. It even has a building that can be used for like a coffee shop and little gift shops to cosign out or rent out. But, they want WAY to much for the place and it's not zoned for a business. Beside, I don't think my neighbors would tolerate the barking......too bad.
