Chloe and Charlie are underweight according to the standard. I was actually expecting a dog within the PWC male standard between 25-30 lbs., but that's ok. I think he may gain another 5-6 lbs. (Or he could have a late growth spurt and end up at the low end of the range.)
Cindy's pups are Cardigans, which are heavier set than Pembrokes.

Glad to hear it! Charlie is the sweet boy light of my life. He makes me smile several times a day and I can't imagine not having him with me.
