That's interesting. I've never heard of paw butter, so I looked up the Musher's Secret that was recommended. We don't get much ice or snow here, but these paw waxes indicate that they protect paws against not only ice and snow, but hot pavement and sand. Hot pavement we definitely have here. I may have to try some. I even wonder if it might help a bit with Charlie's mild contact allergies from the grass.

I do like Bag Balm for cuts and scrapes (after an irritation has occurred), but the paw wax products look like they protect the paws and prevent irritation while you're out walking.
