That's a very serious problem. Has she been doing this for all four years, or did the behavior just start? I would say to start over with bite inhibition training as though she were a puppy; however, at her age you may need to hire a professional behaviorist. You might try to contact someone in your area to take her in for an evaluation. Some behaviorists will make house calls to see how she acts in your home environment. I would not let that type of dominant aggressive behavior continue.
