It doesn't really seem to matter. It is worse when I feed within an hour before, but even three or four hours before tends to have the same results. We did not feed him at all this morning before returning (except what my dad so lovingly gives Dudley off his own plate even though I tell him not too) and it did seem better, but then I worry about him not eating enough because he won't eat for a couple of hours after we get home either.
