This sort of thing was done to Gibson Research Corp some years back by a 13 year old kid...I think he got mad because the owner had called kids like him "script kiddies" and he fixed their wagon good for about a week!! Launching a DoS against an organization is taken seriously by the Feds especially if it involves costing a company millions of dollars and is punishable by time in prison.
