Not my corgi but another dog of mine used to get car sick. I was actually told by the vet to give her dramamine. We did that for about 6 months and then she was fine and has not had a problem in the car since. I am not sure of dosage for a corgi though.
I was also told they should not have dramamine for an airplane ride because they won't control their temps as usual. Just my own little disclaimer, not starting the plane thing again!
