Just because the registered would be XXXX's Lady Whatever, in no way means, implies or indicates that she is not *your* dog. As Cindy mentioned, there's nothing unique about Lady So and So and a second dog being Sir or Lord XYZ as a named "pair." AKC registrations are full of them with and without kennel prefixes.

From a purely proper grammatical standpoint XXXX's with the possessive "'s" implies ownership, so your statement means that you do think that it implies ownership, meaning you just wrote an oxymoron. And the * around "your" implies that you also feel that it is not actually our dog as the * implies a doubtful matter or on certain occasions, emphasis, often resulting in sarcasm. Nevertheless, she is our dog, and I will name her what I please, so while I respect your opinion, I will do as I please as I'm sure you will as well. Oh, and by the way, simply because the breeder agrees with me does in no way reflect on her treatment and caring of the dogs. Also, it's the names themselves that are meant to be unique, not the title of "sir" or "lady", so if you'd kindly pay more attention in the future I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, just because "Names" is the title of the thread, does not mean it's the topic of the thread. The topic of a person's thread is the questions they're asking or the help they're seekeing. I can't quite grasp why you think it's humorous to start fights over the internet.
