Yes, well there'd be a much better chance of the police showing up (to get me) if I had slapped the owner for letting his dog run everywhere, than of the "dog police" coming out to give the neighbor a fine. I posted earlier that there isn't enough staff here for them to answer "loose dog" calls unless the dog has injured another animal or human.

Anyway I was just venting (since I held my tongue with the neighbor) and was frustrated when Charlie and I got back home.

Sorry MattC...this is your thread about Corgi's jumping up on people. I took it off an a tangent starting when Charlie was jumping all over my neighbor. The guy letting his poodle run all over made me more upset than Charlie's jumping problem.

Has Nick gotten any better about jumping up? Charlie still thinks it's a great way to greet people...and I'm still trying to get him not to jump. LOL
