I can't understand wanting to get a dog and then isolate it from me by putting it outside. I want my dogs with me in the house. They are my companions.
Anyway, I am posting this to get others' opinions on the matter. Do you think it's acceptable to make a corgi live outside, away from its owners?

Why ask this as a question when the answer is obviously no for any dog and doubly so with a cold weather dog.
