It is very difficult to get a person-shy Corgi to be a person-friendly Corgi. The main points are that your Corgi is social towards other dogs and is not aggressive with people. Her home is her castle. Hence her being able to relax at home. There are anti anxious tablets from vets which greatly help to calm down a dog and make them less shy/frightend of people.
