In New Zealand and in many other countries and at the world champs (of which the USA is party to) pure bred Corgis are classified as "mini" unless there happens to be a pure bred Corgi that is exceptionally leggy and tall then it would appear in the 'midi' competition.
I used one of the major USA agility organisations in submissions on changes to the NZ competition. That organisation had similar classifications to that of NZ.
