Not worried about the collar at all and most aren't concerned with the collar-1/2, or whole. It might be a little iffy on the right side again as it appears in the photo to go past the point of shoulder. What you need to look is the legs and amount of white visable - see the PWCCA link I posted earlier. They drew lines on a dog and showed where the white is acceptable and where it isn't. The white on the front legs extends up past the point of the elbow, the white splash in the belly is iffy but the left side photo shows the white on the stifle and that's too much also. If you can see it go all the way up the stifle, it's too much white and disqualification per the standard.
Now if he were a cardigan-perfectly acceptable :0) Got some glue to add a tail? heehee
