The head blaze is fine. What do you mean by the entire head or just the front. A blaze can go over the top of the head and the dog still showable. We'd just prefer it didn't. Nothing in the standard about that though.
The "blotch" on the back of his head, is it more on his neck or on his head? Either way it's fine.
