Each of those ingredients looks healthy enough (though to Cindy's point, probably not nutritionally complete). I'd be concerned that if I fed Charlie a homemade extra-yummy meal one time, he'd get really finnicky about eating his normal kibble for the next one to three days. I think he'd look at me like "Where's that good stuff you gave me earlier?" LOL (I'd also be a little concerned about the radical diet change giving him the runs.)
