What I would do is just give them one of those items at a time, once or twice a week to make sure that it sits well with their system. If it does, it's a good item to continue with. My rescue GSD has horrible gastric issues if you even think about giving him anything but his dry kibble. He might get one or two small dog treats a week-that's it, otherwise you end up cleaning up after him for days.
Just recommending that you don't do all of that at once and spread it out over a few days instead of just one day a week.
