Did you register him with AKC? IF he's already AKC registered or eligible for AKC registration - send in his papers, and you don't need the P.A.L.S.

He can participate in any AKC event open to corgis, except conformation, if he is AKC registered. IF he is not AKC registered or eligible for AKC registration, then P.A.L.S. will open the same doors for him. Proof of neutering, microchip, and photos will have to be sent with the application form.
