I had a lot of the same problems you did with my breeder. Impossible to get ahold of, they never want to talk to you, it takes forever to get a response... I still to this day have never heard my breeders voice.
I got exactly two pictures of Westin before I picked him up at the airport, one at 2 weeks and one at 5 weeks. Those things I can deal with... being told "the world doesn't revolve around me and my puppy" when all you did was ask for pictures is a little ridiculous. And I wonder what they meant by "crated until pick-up"?
Sounds like you made a good choice by opting out of dealing with that breeder,sounds like a hassle you don't need, especially with a puppy to raise!
