When you say you would be charged room and board and for the next innoculations, do you mean that she is holding that money out of your deposit, or was that when you were planning to purchase the puppy? Either way, that doesn't sound right. Between that, her threatening to send your name to every Cardi breeder not to sell to you, and crating the puppy until you took it, I'm hearing a lot of red flags. Sounds like a good thing the deal is off.
