Room and board for a puppy between 8 weeks and 11. What a miserable, tight-assed breeder that would be. Knew that a lot of breeders in the USA would want to sell off pups more quickly than they might otherwise so as to not incur more vet/vaccination expenses. Can't see why they just don't add it on to the selling price for the pup. Anyway, nothing too unreasonable disengaging a pup at 8 weeks. I woyld prefer 10, but when push comes to shove........ You have a breeder who is perhaps not in love with people - so you get the sloppy treatment - re photos. Some breeders are just not nice.
