Usually during the winter months, I can find good deals on human fish oil tablets. I buy lots and then store in the freezer for use later on. Be sure to buy gel capsules that are not enteric coated and not cod liver oil. Fish oil-pressed, will contain the best quality and retain the highest value of omega 3's needed. Some of the same benefits can be found in organic/natural soy bean oil. But it needs to be mechanically extruded/expelled, not chemically.

All of my dogs get at least a cap or two once to twice a week. Several get them every day and if I drop one on accident, it's a race to see who can get to it first.

You can also find in health food stores, salmon oil and other fish oils in a bulk liquid form. Just be careful to not over do it.
