We live in New York City and Nick doesn't have a back yard. The only off leash time he has is in a 900 square foot apartment or on Saturday or Sunday at the dog park (only if the weather is good). We let him play ball in the apartment and that usually comes to an end after I throw a tennis ball and knock over my wife's glass of water.
