Well, I'm happy you met another fluffy owner (on the bright side).

The idiot should have at least put his dog on a leash if he didn't leave after the first attack. I would hope someone would have asked the guy to leave, and called the city park people if he refused. It's a shame when one dummy with an aggressive dog can stay and cause people like you with social a dog go home sooner than you wanted.
