No my dogs are not poorly behaved. But then again I don't take them to dog parks. I'm not a fan of dog parks.
Muzzling a dog won't necessarily stop a dog from growling or snarling. And that might make another dog attack him and then he's defenseless. I don't think aggressive dogs belong in dog parks. Aggressive dogs should not be playing with other dogs. Let them run in their own back yards.
