Penny - I'm certain that it is not 'normal' to have one bigger 'elbow' or knee on a Corgi's front leg than the other. Nor is it normal to have one leg fatter. Both should be identical. But pups are pups and sometimes they grow in 'funny' directions before getting it all together.
