Even then she did not say Connie specifically, but that her assessment could apply to Connie and I do agree.

You did, but one does not usually talk about a dog sweating after or during a walk. It's not usual and it's not normal. Even when I walk my dogs in the summer (in the evening) their pads do not sweat. A dog sweating after a walk, well it just doesn't sound right. If she were nervous or stressed yes, I can see her pads sweating.

Panting due to exertion is normal and especially for an overweight dog. Sweating, nope.
