Briani - it's not only in locating a 'good' breeder because with good breeders with champion Corgis along with lesser breeders and lesser conforming Corgis you still need a large element of luck in trying to assertain if a 7-24 week old puppy is going to turn up trumps. The two male champs and the one would-be male champ that I have had were all from casual breeders. The two males not to become champs were from regular and rated breeders and had excellent backgrounds.

The female Pem that I onsold was a puppy who had a faulty gait that wasn't going to improve much.
