Hey Linda of Herdingdogs - 83rd for cst of living for a city like Washington is not too bad at all.
But Wellington coming in at 105 is even better -especially with the fact that housing prices here have skyrocketed over the last 12 months. I can now add on a $100.000 to the value of my property.
