Wow, drive an hour away to find a place? In a town of our size, 75,000 I would think they would a bit more to offer - some of the places that advertise themselves to be boarding places, are downright creepy.
What do you think of a place that charges $18 for a night of boarding, but does not take the pet out for potty runs? This place has indoor runs and each pet has their own, with a little door going into a back place where they sleep. The dogs are supposed to pee in their runs. If you want them to play with your dog or take them out pee, it is $5.50 extra for every 15 minutes of play.
I am thinking that charging even $18 is crazy to just basically put ones dog in a pen, fill up the food and water bowl and that is it; no exercise and no potty breaks just doesn't seem right. My thing is, if one pays the extra money,for the play time, how would we really know that they are even doing that?
