The little boy that lives next door to us loves to come over and play with our dogs. One day he and some of his friends were out when we had Maxi out. They all came over and asked if they could pet Maxi, and said that he looked like a hotdog. Well the little boy next door got quite upset with this and told his friends that Maxi was not a hotdog he was a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and that they could not pet him now because they had insulted him and then escorted them out of our yard.
We were all shocked but appreciated his defense of Maxi's breed, I beleive that everyone on our street knows that Maxi is a Corgi, especially if they know this little boy.
