I would be horrified if a vet in New Zealand put down a perfectly healthy, normally behaved pure bred Corgi let alone one that is a pup.
I'd get in touch with the breeder who if worthy of being called a breeder would take back a Corgi pup and even return some of the fees she/he charged to this wicked-minded owner.
