I find that Corgis are very curious and will stretch to see things - I haven't had a Corgi yet who has not stood on their back legs to see what's what on the dining or casual tables. But getting up on the table is another thing though they have all had the opportunity to jump up on a chair as a prelude to getting on a table.
At a cafe recently, Taylor stretched up to take a peek at the scones, jams and cream. And everytime he goes to the retirement village, his first stop is the staff room and stretching up to see what muffins staff are eating.
