It would be an extreme coincidence if there were two different "Toby" puppies given up in So Cal within 24 hours...but stranger things have happened.
I don't think the owner deserves the pup back either, if she was seriously considering having him put to sleep as any kind of good option. But I guess that if she did not sign any type of contract or paper officially giving up her rights, then he is still her dog. Hopefully she will at least know in the future that their are a lot of people willing to find her dog a good home if she can't deal with it. I am still hoping she'll decide to sign him over though.
